šŸ“‹ Description

• Streamline customer reporting: Transition from manual CSV processes to real-time usage dashboards and automated data delivery for partner success teams and clients.

• Marketing automation: Create and manage automated social media and campaign workflows to ensure continuous brand engagement without the need for dedicated personnel.

• Content creation: Leverage AI to generate printables, educator guides, and supplementary materials at scale utilizing our existing video and curriculum library.

• Operational workflows: Facilitate sales tracking, task management, renewal notifications, and internal reporting—identify, prioritize, and automate processes.

• Data pipeline management: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the necessary data is accessible to support the automations you develop.

• AI tool assessment: Keep up-to-date with the AI landscape and advise on the appropriate adoption of new tools.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or a commercially-oriented position.

• Active and self-motivated user of AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)—you have integrated these tools into your daily tasks rather than just experimenting sporadically.

• Practical experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or a comparable tool.

• Knowledge of email campaign mechanics—understanding sequences, triggers, segmentation, and follow-up workflows.

• Proficient in setting up no-code automations using tools like Zapier or Make to connect different platforms and minimize manual processes.

• Strong commercial acumen—you focus on results rather than merely completing tasks.

• Self-starting and proactive—you do not wait for directions on what to do next.
