This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +19 more states.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to formulate and implement the annual business strategy, ensuring that themes align with revenue goals, profitability, and strategic aims.
• Drive business expansion by developing a strong sales pipeline, securing high-value contracts, enhancing major accounts, and introducing innovative new Google offerings and ecosystem partnerships.
• Lead strategic sales processes, foster relationships with executive-level clients, promote thought leadership, and manage essential delivery initiatives.
• Enhance the operational capabilities and service provisions of the practice through building and scaling efforts.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and operational metrics.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Navigate organizational governance by identifying and proposing strategic investments and organizational modifications, working in conjunction with the Head of BD and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for significant approvals.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading a technology practice or business unit, particularly with a focus on the Google Cloud (GCP) or Google ecosystem.
• Proven history of establishing sales pipelines and closing complex, multi-million dollar contracts.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud services, solutions, and the wider Google partner ecosystem; relevant Google certifications are strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in managing relationships with executive-level clients and overseeing the delivery of intricate technical solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit, mentor, and expand technical and consulting teams in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional skill in transitioning between high-level business strategy and practical execution.
