
Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy – Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Formulate and enhance the annual global partner strategy/program in alignment with Genesys growth goals.
• Create and expand global partner initiatives that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Take ownership of the annual partner tiering and segmentation framework while establishing yearly partner KPIs.
• Develop and oversee the global partner incentive strategy.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner stakeholders regarding program/strategy escalations.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate partner success.
• Lead and cultivate the global virtual partner support center and specialized teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 15 years of senior leadership experience in global partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems within a complex enterprise technology landscape.
• Ability to operate comfortably at a fast pace with high visibility, remain responsive outside of standard business hours, and travel twice a year to Manila, Philippines, and four times a year to other locations.
• Understanding of how Partner organizations function: their structure, daily operations of partner leaders and sales managers, and the nature of field pain points.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing partner programs that promote growth and scalability on a global scale.
• Experience in marketplace/co-selling with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with partner tools like Partner Stack.
• Capability to influence senior stakeholders across various functions and regions.
• High tolerance for uncertainty, with the ability to make decisive actions when situations deviate from established norms.
• Confidence in unstructured environments, adept at balancing nuance and urgency.
• Experience in leading large, globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of global go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystems, and enterprise SaaS sales practices.
• Proficient analytical, communication, and executive-presence skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce at a functional level, understanding how CRM workflows, personas, and access models are structured in an enterprise context.
• Ability to build and nurture high-performing teams across multiple workstreams amidst complexity and change.
