This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the global partnership strategy from start to finish, establishing a clear and ambitious growth vision across all regions.
• Act as FICO's primary point of contact and executive sponsor for the partner, fostering deep, trust-based relationships.
• Lead a globally dispersed team of partner account managers, pre-sales specialists, and channel experts.
• Assume complete ownership of the global partnership P&L, driving consistent double-digit revenue growth.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive global partner business plan.
• A seasoned senior leader with at least 15 years of progressive experience in global channel and partner management.
• Strong focus on software and analytic decision-making solutions within the financial services and payments industry.
• Proven success in managing, developing, and inspiring geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Established relationships with C-suite executives in the global financial services and payments sector.
• A demonstrable history of owning and expanding large, complex global partnerships.
