This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive sustained profitable growth for the existing business within current markets.
• Identify and outline growth opportunities, and create and implement commercial strategies tailored to various global markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the vision, strategies, and P&L objectives.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resource allocation decisions.
• Implement a multi-year acceleration strategy encompassing G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments.
• Cultivate and maintain global partnerships that facilitate growth.
• Track and report on growth KPIs such as awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP$, and GM% to senior management.
• Advocate for and tailor global playbooks and best practices across different markets.
• Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and effective product launches that align with company standards.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, specifically in leading international markets; food industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing global markets.
• Expertise in designing and implementing commercial strategies across diverse regions.
• Advanced skills in negotiation, risk management, and executive decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and a results-focused mindset.
• Experience with strategic planning, disciplined execution, and P&L oversight.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, market analysis, and product development processes.
