Senior Director, Global GSI and Audit Firm Alliances

📋 Description

• Lead the team while overseeing and expanding our network of strategic partners.

• Enhance the company's outreach by generating new revenue streams alongside our partners.

• Execute mutually advantageous programs that facilitate the automation of security compliance.

• Serve as an advocate for Drata's products within the partner ecosystem.

• Drive sales revenue by actively promoting and educating partners on which Drata products best suit their customers.

• Utilize knowledge of clients, the audit industry, and Drata’s offerings to meet revenue goals.

• Cultivate strong relationships and empower firms to succeed with Drata’s software.

• Develop programs to onboard partners, assess their effectiveness, and report on their performance to foster new alliance partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading a team with an emphasis on sales, business development, or account management.

• In-depth understanding of the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) landscape.

• Proven track record as a top performer who consistently meets and exceeds targets.

• Self-motivated individual who transforms ideas into reality and takes pride in achieving results.
