Senior Director, Global Development Technology Solutions

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Clinical Development teams to grasp scientific strategies and identify unmet technological requirements.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year Digital & Technology Roadmap.

• Convert intricate scientific needs into straightforward technology specifications.

• Manage the complete process for technology systems tailored to Development functions.

• Leverage subject matter expertise to offer insights on ML/AI/genAI.

• Spearhead change management initiatives for externally developed systems and platforms.

• Oversee the technology portfolio budget and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in data, digital, and information technology within Clinical Development in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or Medical Device sectors.

• At least 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level, managing a team.

• Over 7 years of combined experience in the design, deployment, and support of digital transformation initiatives focused on Clinical Development functions.

• Extensive experience with ML/AI/genAI methodologies.

• Proficient in business relationship management and recognized as an effective change agent.

• Strong background in software lifecycle methodologies and 21CFR Part 11 compliance.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Skilled in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
