This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Act as the main technology consultant for several key client accounts.

• Establish and nurture solid relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

• Lead high-level client engagements, including quarterly business reviews, strategy meetings, and roadmap discussions.

• Collaborate with clients to gain insight into their technology environment, priorities, and future plans.

• Align internal capabilities and solutions with client strategies and upcoming initiatives.

• Serve as the primary coordinator among IT, architecture, operations, commercial, and delivery teams.

• Organize and facilitate structured meetings with defined agendas and objectives.

• Collaborate with commercial and contracts teams to assist with proposals, estimates, and statements of work.

• Ensure visibility across client engagements, covering progress, risks, and key dependencies.

• Spot opportunities to enhance processes, solutions, and client results.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in client-facing roles in technology, consulting, or clinical/regulated settings.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Experience in managing strategic accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional client-facing communication skills and executive presence.

• Capability to simplify complex technical subjects into business-friendly terms.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and influence across all levels.

• Strong facilitation abilities with experience in leading large, cross-functional discussions.

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), validation, and testing methodologies.
