Senior Director – Fundraising and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of fundraising strategies, establish donor pipelines, and enhance revenue growth initiatives.

• Design, implement, and assess comprehensive fundraising campaigns.

• Manage and expand a strategic fundraising pipeline.

• Oversee the preparation of grant proposals, reports, and communications with donors.

• Directly supervise the Director of Partnerships & Regional Research.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit development.

• Demonstrated success in fundraising.

• Experience in securing major gifts, foundation grants, and institutional contributions.

• Expertise in designing and executing multi-year fundraising strategies.

• Proven ability to build relationships with high-capacity donors and institutional funders.

• Strong communication skills for crafting proposals and donor communications.

• Ability to make data-informed decisions using CRM tools.

• At least 2 years of experience in staff management.
