This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish Bridge’s footprint in the franchise sector by identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing franchisors, franchisee networks, national advertising funds/co-ops, and supporting agencies that represent the highest-value opportunities for Bridge.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach — take ownership of the entire process from prospecting and qualification to closing, while continuously defining and refining the sales strategy.
• Cultivate relationships within the franchise organization — engage with corporate/brand marketing, field and local marketing, national ad fund stakeholders, advertising operations, and agency partnerships at the line-of-business and decision-maker levels.
• Provide strategic insights on people-based customer acquisition and deterministic, person-level attribution for multi-location enterprises, ensuring alignment of Bridge’s platform with each brand’s growth goals and regulatory/privacy standards.
• Lead proactive recommendations for expansion — explore new use cases, channels, markets, and lines of business, transforming initial engagements into enterprise-level relationships.
• Safeguard and expand the revenue you generate — monitor account health, preemptively address risks, and develop initial engagements into long-term, multi-year partnerships.
• Translate client performance metrics into clear insights that foster deeper adoption and increased spending.
• Collaborate with Bridge’s data, product, client success, and technical teams to design and implement franchise-specific solutions, including local audiences, multi-location measurement, co-op attribution, and tailored data partnerships.
• Contribute to discussions on platform and roadmap development, advocating for the interests of the franchise sector within Bridge’s product priorities.
• Create reference accounts and case studies, teaming up with marketing to highlight client success stories at industry events and within Bridge’s editorial and thought-leadership channels.
• Conduct business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and host events with key clients and their teams.
• Forge internal connections across Bridge to ensure smooth cross-functional support as the category grows, and lay the groundwork for the team you will eventually build.
• A proven history of net-new business development — you have successfully opened new categories, secured logos, and built a sales pipeline.
• In-depth understanding of the franchise/multi-location landscape: dynamics between franchisors and franchisees, national advertising funds, co-op marketing, local store marketing, and the balance between brand and local control.
• Proficiency in data-driven and people-based marketing, identity, and attribution; comfortable promoting infrastructure and platform value as opposed to agency services.
• Consultative and executive-level sales skills with the ability to be a trusted thought partner to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and franchise development executives.
• A genuine entrepreneurial spirit — motivated by the challenge of defining your own path to achieve quotas.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, ideally within martech, adtech, data, or media sectors, with exposure to franchise or multi-location environments.
• An established network of relationships with franchisors, franchisees, or franchise agencies is highly advantageous.
• Health & Wellness — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, with various plan options tailored to your needs. Telehealth access is included.
• Financial Protection — Life insurance, long-term disability coverage, flexible spending and health savings account options, along with supplemental insurance choices.
• Savings & Retirement — 401(k) plan with company matching to assist you in building long-term financial security.
• Time Off — Flexible PTO, sick leave from day one, paid holidays, and paid short-term disability and parental leave options.
• Support & Extras — Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering free counseling and work-life resources, legal services, pet insurance and discounts, plus access to an employee discount center.
