Senior Director, Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and transformation of Enterprise ERP systems.

• Manage platform operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Propel the data strategy and integration for financial systems.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold financial controls.

• Cultivate relationships with vendors and systems integrators.

• Align technological strategies with the objectives of the finance business.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT.

• At least 5 years in a Director or Senior Director role overseeing enterprise financial applications.

• Proven experience in leading at least two full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP).

• In-depth functional knowledge of essential finance workflows, including accounting-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with systems integrators and contracts with enterprise software vendors.

• Experience in a regulated industry with familiarity in SOX, HIPAA, or similar financial/data compliance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
