Senior Director, Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and transformation of Enterprise ERP systems.

• Manage the complete implementation process of Oracle Cloud Financials.

• Supervise Platform Operations and promote Continuous Improvement.

• Lead the strategy for Financial Systems Data and its integration.

• Ensure adherence to Regulatory Compliance and maintain Financial Controls.

• Oversee relationships with Vendors and Systems Integrators.

• Align the Technology Strategy with the objectives of the Finance business.

• Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT.

• At least 5 years in a Director or Senior Director role managing enterprise financial applications.

• Proven track record in leading a minimum of two complete lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP).

• Extensive functional knowledge of essential Finance workflows: accounting-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with Systems Integrators and enterprise software vendor contracts.

• Experience in a regulated industry with familiarity with SOX, HIPAA, or similar financial/data compliance standards.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
