Senior Director, Financial Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a financial advisor and/or interim leader for executive stakeholders.

• Manage intricate finance engagements that include: Interim Finance Leadership (CFO, FP&A, Treasury), Core Finance (Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury Management, Working Capital Optimization), Finance Transformation (Operating Model Design, Process Automation, Data Analytics), and Finance Strategic Planning (Capital Markets Support, Governance).

• Ensure the quality of engagement delivery, economics, risk management, and client satisfaction.

• Offer strategic direction on finance governance, controls, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

• Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and presentations at the board level.

• Cultivate and enhance executive-level relationships with both current and prospective clients.

• Direct proposal creation, solution development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

• Identify market trends and create distinctive OCFO service offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to promote integrated transformation opportunities.

• Mentor and nurture high-performing consulting teams in finance transformation disciplines.

• Engage in recruiting, performance management, and leadership development efforts.

• Represent the firm through thought leadership, speaking at conferences, and contributing to industry publications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is mandatory.

• An MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced certifications are preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in public accounting, consulting, corporate finance, or leading finance transformation initiatives.

• Proven success in managing large-scale finance transformation programs on a global or multi-regional level.

• Strong knowledge of finance operating models, financial systems, and ERP platforms.

• Experience in managing senior client stakeholders and relationships at the C-suite level.

• Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Industry experience in areas such as industrial, manufacturing, automotive, technology, or consumer products.
