Senior Director, Finance – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business.

• Lead initiatives aimed at better serving new customer segments, launching new insurance products, and/or developing partnership offerings.

• Utilize business acumen and financial insights to guide decision-making concerning unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities.

• Enhance the speed and efficiency of our growth by working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Employ a data-driven analytical approach to impact decision-making and assist company leadership in assessing strategic initiatives.

• Create and track essential financial performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience, which includes:

• At least 4 years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting, with significant CDD / Private Equity experience.

• Between 6 to 8 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles, emphasizing a substantial data / financial focus at a GTM or consumer-facing organization.

• Profound knowledge of GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics, along with a solid grasp of acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and CLV.

• Capability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence partners across various functions.

• Driven self-starter with a proven success record and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines; eagerness to take ownership and drive projects from Day 1.

• Outstanding academic credentials with a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).

• Preferred knowledge of SQL.

• Previous experience in Corp Dev / Biz Dev is preferred.
