This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for driving statewide membership expansion and meeting enrollment objectives across Medicare, DSNP, and associated product lines.
• Formulate and implement statewide sales and membership enhancement strategies to reach enrollment and market share targets for Ohio product lines.
• Lead and nurture high-performing sales leadership teams responsible for Field Sales, Broker channel growth, and the Business Development function.
• Ensure accountability for total state membership outcomes, including the realization of sales objectives and membership goals through both owned and influenced channels.
• Supervise and establish a Business Development function focused on fostering sustainable referral partnerships.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare or managed care, including at least three (3) years in a leadership position, is essential.
• Proven experience leading Medicare Advantage, DSNP, Medicaid, or managed care sales teams is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive Sales plans is necessary.
• Must possess a current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health for the state of practice within the assigned territory, or the ability to obtain the license(s) within 90 days of hire.
