This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Lead and expand a client services team, beginning with 1 direct report and scaling as business needs evolve.
• Mentor and cultivate talent at various levels, creating career pathways and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Propel strategic and innovative thinking by developing integrated experiential solutions that align with broader campaign objectives.
• Oversee multiple accounts and projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and impeccable delivery.
• Establish and maintain robust client relationships, focusing on retention while identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments across THE•TEAM (strategy, creative, influencer, hospitality, etc.) to provide integrated, culturally relevant programs.
• Manage project budgets ranging from $100K to $4M+, draft agency fees, and ensure financial targets are consistently achieved.
• Provide strong leadership in client discussions, navigating challenges and making prompt, sound decisions in real-time.
• Advocate for process enhancements and team efficiencies while keeping a strong emphasis on exceptional client service.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on experiential marketing and its integration into larger brand campaigns.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of relevant agency experience in experiential, sports, entertainment, or culture.
• A proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, delivering large-scale integrated projects from conception to execution.
• Demonstrated capability to build and scale teams, along with strong mentorship and leadership abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the experiential landscape, with a passion for creator-led activations and music talent experiences.
• Previous experience working with integrated internal and external agency teams.
• Ability to achieve strong results across budgets, whether large-scale or small-scale, including $100K programs with limited resources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating fast-paced environments.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage client challenges and complex scenarios.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to build business from the ground up and contribute to agency growth.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets of varying scales.
• Comfortable operating within a large agency ecosystem, proactively collaborating across functions.
