Senior Director, Enterprise Systems

• Ability to assess technology decisions from an enterprise impact perspective, balancing innovation, risk management, and operational stability.

• Strong skills in conveying complex technology concepts clearly to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

• Experience in spearheading organizational and technological change initiatives, including infrastructure modernization and enhancements in operational maturity.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise systems leadership roles.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise infrastructure, network services, and database platforms in intricate IT environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop engineering and operations teams effectively.

• Strong comprehension of high availability infrastructure design and disaster recovery planning.

• Experience working within established IT service management frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent are preferred.
