This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the growth strategy and take ownership of results for a select portfolio of 2–3 enterprise accounts.

• Establish growth objectives for accounts that encompass philanthropic gift volume, adoption of product modules, financial advisor involvement, and other relevant metrics.

• Create, test, refine, and implement growth plans tailored to each account while adhering to responsible risk parameters.

• Develop quantitative growth models specific to firms, utilizing data, NPS, focus groups, experimentation, and feedback loops from customers.

• Assess and prioritize growth initiatives based on opportunity magnitude, strategic alignment, resource availability, and risk/return considerations.

• Foster relationships with executive-level stakeholders across client leadership, business units, regional leadership, operations, technology, and philanthropic teams.

• Monitor and manage relationships with stakeholders, including influencers, advocates, and decision-makers.

• Provide guidance to client leadership regarding the competitive landscape, organizational objectives, and philanthropic strategies.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to build business cases for additional investments in giving-related integrations.

• Map complete user journeys to uncover integration opportunities within financial-advisor workflows.

• Work alongside product and operations teams to create client-centered workflow solutions and promote their adoption.

• Involve client operations, technology, and business leaders in the design and implementation of integrations.

• Convert client feedback into actionable insights for product roadmaps and ensure the delivery loop is completed.

• Coordinate efforts across various functions, including marketing, field/relationship teams, analytics, product, and operations.

• Construct account-level reports and dashboards that detail account health, growth trends, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with product marketing, charitable strategists, and operations leads to ensure readiness for client engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise growth, strategic account management, or management consulting.

• Significant exposure to financial institutions, fintech, or the financial services sector.

• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of how operations and product capabilities contribute to growth.

• Proven track record of achieving growth outcomes in complex, high-value accounts.

• Ability to align client needs with internal capabilities and drive execution effectively.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to model growth opportunities, evaluate resource trade-offs, and construct robust business cases.

• Outstanding executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite executives and conducting high-stakes presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and informal authority.

• Capacity to establish structure in uncertain situations, transition from strategy to execution, and navigate fintech compliance and operational challenges.
