
Senior Director – Enterprise Platforms and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the product strategy and development roadmap for enterprise platforms, including EMR and operational systems.
• Enhance end-to-end operational efficiency across RCM, scheduling, referrals, and call center operations.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Interoperability team on the strategy and execution of EMR integration.
• Discover and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to lower costs and boost throughput.
• Set performance KPIs for platforms, such as system uptime, throughput, cycle times, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver scalable improvements to platforms.
• Lead integration and interoperability initiatives across enterprise systems.
• Create a multi-year roadmap for the scalability and modernization of enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance and prioritization frameworks for platform investments.
• Assemble and manage a high-performing team across platform operations, analytics, and automation.
• Promote standardization of workflows and processes across various markets and service lines.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management and platform design.
• At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• A minimum of 8 years in people management roles.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic leadership.
• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise systems, including EMR, RCM, and call center technologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and scalability initiatives.
• Experience in implementing AI or automation within operational workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, interoperability, and system integration.
• Direct experience in leading the full product development cycle from concept to production release and management.
• Proven experience in building and scaling high-performance product teams within a large healthcare organization.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable technology and process enhancements.
