Senior Director, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Senior Director of Engineering oversees the management, coaching, tracking, and reporting through department heads – CIP and Project Engineering – for a talented and highly capable team.

• This role is also tasked with directly developing and mentoring the team to enhance engineering skills and nurture talent within the organization.

• Additionally, this position collaborates with regional colleagues worldwide to ensure the implementation of consistent best practices throughout the contract logistics network.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering is required, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain role (warehouse/4walls) with significant expertise in:

• New Business Implementations

• Promoting Continuous Improvement and Achieving Financial Savings in Operations

• Previous leadership experience guiding Senior Leaders and frontline Engineers in a 3PL/supply chain setting.
