This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop the platform. Take charge of the internal AI deployment infrastructure, enabling non-engineers to effectively create and manage AI workflows at scale.
• Deliver the workflows. Construct high-impact agentic workflows across Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Finance, and Operations. Identify the most challenging and high-volume tasks in each area and automate them.
• Empower business users. Transform business stakeholders into creators. Establish the frameworks, guidelines, skills, and training that allow individuals across the organization to generate their own AI workflows using your platform.
• Lead a diverse team. Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, and embedded business users. Set a clear direction, maintain high standards, and foster a culture where rapid shipping and learning are prioritized.
• Collaborate across the organization. Engage directly with functional leaders to grasp their objectives, prioritize effectively, and evaluate the business impact of every deployment.
• Take ownership of outcomes. Define success metrics — such as adoption rates, time saved, throughput increases, and cost reductions — and report these metrics credibly to the SVP of Engineering and CEO.
• Advocate for responsible adoption. Ensure that everything you release is secure, compliant, and aligned with Wrapbook's approach to handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally including a mix of engineering, product, and non-technical contributors.
• Strong product intuition. You can engage with a salesperson or an accountant, comprehend their workflows, and identify leverage points.
• Technical and hands-on. A history of building and launching software, along with the leadership skills necessary to manage a team. You have been sufficiently involved to earn the respect of an engineering team and possess the strategic insight to lead one.
• Experienced in building agents. This is not a future aspiration for you; you have successfully built and deployed agentic systems and hold well-informed opinions on effective practices.
• Action-oriented. You prefer to launch a preliminary workflow this week and refine it over time rather than spending a quarter perfecting a proposal.
• Excellent communication skills. You can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineers.
• Unlimited Paid Time Off
• Work from anywhere in Canada and the USA
• Health and Dental benefits
• Up to $1,500 USD / $2,025 CAD for IT setup at your home
• Up to 2% matching RRSP / 401K
• Opportunities for Learning and Development
• Up to $50 USD / $67.50 CAD towards Internet/Cell phone service
