Business Systems, AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and uphold automated workflows across various business platforms such as HubSpot, Procore, Jonas Premier, and Deputy.

• Create and enhance internal tools utilizing low-code/no-code platforms like Make.com, Retool, Bubble, or other comparable technologies.

• Establish integrations between business systems through APIs and automation tools.

• Implement and manage AI-driven workflows, chatbots, and process automation for both internal teams and customer-facing applications.

• Work in collaboration with the onshore AI Lead to pinpoint automation opportunities and provide scalable solutions.

• Generate and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, process maps, and training materials.

• Develop onboarding procedures and documentation to assist new virtual assistants joining the organization.

• Continuously enhance existing automations and seek opportunities to replace manual processes or third-party software with internal solutions.

• Support various business units by delivering practical and scalable technology solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in business systems, automation, workflow design, or internal tooling.

• Proven track record of building systems, workflows, or automation solutions from the ground up.

• Strong expertise with at least one of the following platforms: HubSpot, Procore, or similar CRM or project management systems.

• Practical experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Make.com, Zapier, Retool, Bubble, or equivalent.

• Experience in integrating platforms using APIs and automation tools.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to enhance business processes.

• Background in deploying or managing AI chatbots or workflow automation.

• Exceptional documentation skills, encompassing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Comfort in supporting multiple business units concurrently.

• **Nice to Have:**

• Familiarity with Jonas Premier or Deputy.

• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.

• Experience within the construction, property, engineering, or related industries.

• Background in creating onboarding programs or managing workflows for virtual assistants.

• Awareness of business process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
