Senior Business Process Improvement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, facilitate, and spearhead enterprise-wide process enhancement initiatives using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to design and refine processes that bolster business infrastructure and performance.

• Recognize, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities by applying continuous improvement principles alongside LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.

• Prioritize and direct process improvement initiatives across the enterprise, supporting all departments and functional areas.

• Oversee process improvement projects and facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved while realizing return on investment.

• Consult with senior leadership, offering analysis and advice on a range of performance and process-related topics.

• Provide training and support to project teams and functional areas to assist in the implementation and sustainability of process improvement activities.

• Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and supply key performance indicators and project status updates.

• Identify, communicate, and rectify gaps in process performance, offering guidance to address these deficiencies.

• Assess completed process improvement projects to identify and implement best practices and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• MBA or MHA is preferred.

• Over 6 years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Prior knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software is essential.

• Experience supporting Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP)/Dual Eligible populations, Medicaid, ACA Marketplace/Exchange, Commercial products, and operational processes is highly preferred.

• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
