This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the EMEA DSO strategy by identifying opportunities for market share, customer retention, and long-term value.
• Develop growth plans for both regional and multinational DSO accounts, leveraging insights from market and competitive trends.
• Advocate for DSO customer requirements in Henry Schein's business planning and investment strategies.
• Create and implement a unified OneSchein engagement model across GDG, HSPG, and HSO.
• Establish frameworks for customer governance, executive sponsorship, and account planning.
• Promote the use of Henry Schein's extensive portfolio among DSO customers.
• Lead the strategic framework for managing DSO accounts in the region.
• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with Country Managing Directors to devise account strategies and ensure consistent execution across markets.
• Identify opportunities for unique, integrated solutions including products, technology, services, education, and clinical support.
• Partner with business units and suppliers to create and market scalable solutions.
• Align capabilities and priorities across GDG, HSPG, and HSO.
• Facilitate execution through governance, influence, and executive sponsorship without relying solely on direct authority.
• Build and lead the EMEA DSO community, including executive forums, advisory boards, customer councils, and conferences.
• Generate thought leadership that reinforces Henry Schein's status as the preferred partner for DSOs.
• Substantial leadership experience in strategic account management, business development, or segment leadership.
• Proven track record with large multi-site customers, specifically DSOs or similar complex healthcare organizations.
• Experience in an EMEA or international matrix environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth through strategic partnerships and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficient at influencing senior stakeholders and achieving results without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of the dental market, healthcare distribution, procurement, and supply chains.
• Familiarity with strategic account management and multinational customer frameworks.
• Executive presence and outstanding stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of aligning diverse stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Keen analytical and problem-solving skills.
