This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee all operations with complete responsibility for revenue, margins, growth, and customer loyalty.
β’ Function as the General Manager for the region, translating strategies from the VP level into actionable plans, managing risks, and ensuring compliance.
β’ Keep track of market dynamics and client requirements within the region to guide strategic choices and sustain a competitive edge.
β’ Develop and enhance a high-performing team (including both internal staff and contractors), ensuring the appropriate talent and organizational structure to fulfill client needs.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all deliverables align with Gordian's standards.
β’ Guarantee excellence in execution throughout the JOC lifecycle, with a focus on cycle time, reliability, and client value.
β’ Spearhead Strategic Account Management (SAM) initiatives: account strategy, executive engagement, value delivery, renewal strategy, and risk management.
β’ Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior agency leadership (Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Legal, Budget Units, Consulting Partners).
β’ Represent Gordian confidently in hearings, audits, and executive reviews, supported by data-driven insights.
β’ Predict client needs and ensure Gordian provides a consistent, proactive value proposition rather than a reactive operational stance.
β’ Take ownership of regional revenue, gross margin, forecast accuracy, and cost management.
β’ Ensure disciplined forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
β’ Analyze performance trends, identify risks proactively, and implement corrective measures swiftly.
β’ Oversee the region's budget, staffing structure, and contractor resource strategy to maximize profitability and adaptability.
β’ Discover and assess new growth opportunities across local agencies, cooperatives, and facilities portfolios.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Government Affairs to develop go-to-market strategies, support initiatives, and enhance JOC adoption.
β’ Engage with extensive contractor networks to boost capacity, performance, and program development.
β’ Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives in partnership with Product, SAM, and Sales.
β’ Ensure visibility on the platform and transparency of data for clients; escalate product gaps with clarity and detailed business impact.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and develop regional staff, promoting a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
β’ Conduct routine performance evaluations and provide coaching to facilitate growth, while implementing workforce plans that align with business objectives.
β’ Identify skill deficiencies and create focused development opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities and strengthen team performance.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles managing large teams and complex public-sector accounts.
