Director, Consult Partner – SLED

📋 Description

• Take on a pivotal leadership position across diverse teams, steering them through intricate consulting projects.

• Accountable for developing and advocating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's premier accounts at the C-suite level.

• Propel profitable growth by utilizing extensive capabilities to foster strong client relationships.

• Oversee overall client engagement, delivering exceptional quality work in collaboration with senior client stakeholders.

• Contribute to financial performance, utilization, and client satisfaction metrics.

• Maintain sustained growth and profitability while managing margin expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Identify and chase new business opportunities within current and potential SLED accounts.

• Strong knowledge of California government budget cycles and fiscal year planning.

• Navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, sole-source justifications, and cooperative purchasing methods.

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations that comply with public sector regulations, security, and accessibility standards.

• Track legislative, regulatory, and policy changes at both state and local levels.

• Proven ability to foster and commercialize relationships with senior executives.

• Established history of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong financial acumen with a background in driving revenue growth and managing profit margins.

• Experience in managing or supporting significant business development activities with senior stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of industry trends and technology.

• Strong personal brand and presence within the industry.

• Proven capability to innovate and facilitate change.
