Senior Director – Destination Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Lead the team in Hong Kong by providing strategic direction across various functions, including Real Estate Services, Destination Services, Education Consulting, Tenancy Management, Temporary Living, and Operational Support.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for intricate issues involving clients, RMCs, assignees, landlords, agents, and vendors.

• Provide support for VIP clients and strategic accounts that necessitate senior-level engagement and oversight.

• Represent the Hong Kong business in leadership meetings, client presentations, mock tours, sales discussions, market updates, and activities related to business development.

• Organize regular DSC meetings to evaluate market conditions, service standards, client expectations, operational updates, and avenues for process enhancements.

• Assist in the recruitment, development, retention, and engagement of DSCs and market resources.

• Track trends in the residential leasing, schooling, and temporary accommodation markets, offering guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Play a role in business planning, service improvement initiatives, and identifying strategic growth opportunities within the Hong Kong market.

• Authorize business expenditures, client-related payments, office expenses, and other outgoings in accordance with company approval protocols.

• Review and approve DSC commission calculations when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in Destination Services, Global Mobility, Corporate Relocation, Real Estate Services, Client Services, Account Management, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong residential leasing market, landlord and agency practices, tenancy administration, international schooling options, serviced apartments, and expatriate relocation needs.

• Proven track record in managing senior client relationships, RMC partnerships, VIP relocations, escalations, service reviews, and discussions involving sensitive commercial matters.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and achieving operational excellence in a client-centric environment.

• Possess, or be able to obtain, an Estate Licence issued by the EAA.

• Understanding of the licensing requirements set by the Hong Kong Estate Agents Authority (EAA) and the relevant compliance standards.

• Preferred to have relevant licensing, or the capability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing for regulated real estate activities.
