Senior Director, Design Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for a key client

• Cultivate strong relationships with the client

• Guide and mentor a team of engineers

• Establish and execute quality assurance protocols

• Advocate for engineering best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering

• Profound, hands-on knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure

• Proficient in Rack Management Software

• Familiarity with protocols such as Redfish, IPMI, and SNMP

• Strong comprehension of high-speed IO protocols including PCIe and CXL

• Customer Focus: Outstanding communication abilities
