This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of and enhance the enterprise delegated oversight strategy, ensuring it aligns with corporate goals, regulatory standards, and priorities in value-based care.
• Create a comprehensive performance framework that combines clinical, operational, financial, and compliance metrics across all delegated entities.
• Hold responsibility for the outcomes of delegated performance, which includes quality, utilization, risk adjustment, member experience, and cost of care.
• Define and manage enterprise governance structures that proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the delegated network.
• Supervise risk stratification methodologies, performance scoring, and audit frameworks to guarantee consistency, rigor, and compliance with regulations.
• Provide regular and transparent updates to executive leadership regarding delegated performance, associated risks, and strategies for mitigation.
• Facilitate executive-level performance evaluations with IPAs and MSOs, ensuring accountability and measurable advancements.
• Propel the transformation of delegated oversight into a proactive, insight-oriented function, utilizing analytics to pinpoint opportunities and intervene at an early stage.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team, establishing clear expectations and promoting a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.
• 10–12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, delegated oversight, provider network management, or value-based care.
• 5+ years of leadership experience specifically in delegation oversight, compliance, or provider performance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management strategies across clinical, operational, and compliance areas.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and manage relationships with external partners.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare regulatory frameworks (CMS, DMHC, DHCS, NCQA) and delegated models.
• Experience operating within matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
