This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee a portfolio of around 5 to 6 oncology research sites, depending on their complexity.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated sites.
• Establish executive-level partnerships with site leadership, physicians, research teams, and administrative personnel.
• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of site strategies, capabilities, and opportunities.
• Align the enterprise strategy with the objectives of the sites.
• Ensure accountability for the performance of clinical trial enrollment.
• Analyze enrollment trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and monitor strategic action plans for enrollment.
• Advocate for best practices that enhance accrual.
• Monitor and report on essential performance indicators.
• Convert enterprise priorities into actionable site-level strategies.
• Guide sites through periods of change and transformation.
• Elevate insights and trends to leadership.
• Navigate complex or high-impact situations effectively.
• Employ negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address site needs.
• Ensure coherence among stakeholders.
• Represent site perspectives in leadership discussions.
• Discover opportunities to enhance processes and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in supporting oncology research sites and facilitating clinical trial enrollment.
• Background in site engagement, account management, or clinical operations.
• Must possess experience in clinical research operations.
• Familiarity with oncology research is essential.
• Strong skills in strategic relationship management.
• Proficient in data analysis.
