This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
• Offers educational assistance to healthcare professionals (HCPs), nurses, and advanced practice providers (APPs) concerning dosing and administration, as well as management of adverse events related to our approved Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody when a clear educational need arises.
• Effectively collaborates with internal cross-functional teams, including field sales, training, marketing, thought leader liaisons, oncology key account leaders, and medical affairs.
• Plans and implements strategic initiatives to support educational duties.
• Engages with HCPs, such as APPs (e.g., Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants), nurses, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders in the designated area to ensure they are updated on critical information regarding Regeneron’s Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.
• Conducts educational and in-service sessions through one-on-one interactions with HCPs and group presentations.
• Continuously strives to enhance disease state and product clinical knowledge as well as account management through ongoing approved training curriculum and effective cross-functional collaboration at POA meetings.
• Completes all training obligations and actively seeks to deepen scientific knowledge concerning disease states, competitive products, and healthcare trends.
• Upholds the highest standards of integrity and adheres to company compliance and legal guidelines at all times.
• A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a graduate-level degree (such as MSN, NP, DNP) is preferred.
• Oncology Certification (e.g., OCN, AOCN, CBNC, etc.) is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in oncology, with expertise in hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant being a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to identify and comprehend the challenges and educational needs of key HCPs and accounts within the designated territory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong presentation and platform skills.
• Superior clinical abilities and business insight with a proven track record of thriving in a technically complex and ambiguous environment.
• An outstanding collaborator who can effectively engage and work with both internal functional partners and external clients.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance requirements is necessary.
