This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of data systems, analytics tools, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Manage a centralized group dedicated to the development of dashboards, reporting, and integration of data systems.
• Create and uphold organizational data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and privacy protections.
• Direct the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of dashboards and reporting instruments.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and implement internal risk mitigation strategies.
• Convert data into actionable insights and relay performance results to senior leadership.
• Spearhead product innovation and partner with the Product Team on the development of data products.
• Offer data collection resources for the updates of the Community Needs Assessment (CNA).
• Act as the primary data collaborator for leadership delegation, ensuring transparency in governance decision-making.
• Supervise compliance-related reporting, standardization of dashboards, and the creation of data documentation.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in data science, analytics, education policy, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics, performance management, or systems leadership is required.
• At least three (3) years in a management or supervisory capacity, including the leadership of cross-functional data teams.
• Experience in Head Start, early education, public sector, or human services data is greatly valued.
• Familiarity with data governance, data pipeline development, or ETL processes is necessary.
• Completion of a physical exam and background checks is required.
• Up to 10% travel is required for job-related meetings, training, and support for partners.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
