This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Formulate and implement a thorough Customer Success strategy.
β’ Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Success team.
β’ Partner with executive leadership to ensure that initiatives align with the company's objectives.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-achieving Partner Success team.
β’ Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with key partners.
β’ Track and evaluate partner success metrics.
β’ Be responsible for driving renewal and expansion figures.
β’ Champion partners within the organization.
β’ Create and implement partner training and enablement programs.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
β’ More than 4 years in a leadership position within a cybersecurity SaaS organization.
β’ Preferred knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
β’ Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures.
β’ Proven track record in a senior Customer Success leadership capacity.
β’ Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
β’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight.
