This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic trusted advisor to VP and C-suite-adjacent stakeholders, crafting multi-year technology roadmaps and enterprise decision-making strategies based on FICO platforms.
• Oversee the most complex and ambiguous engagements from start to finish, covering architecture, operating model design, and commercial results.
• Foster strong relationships with VP and executive-level stakeholders, promoting consensus across organizational and geographic boundaries.
• Act as the senior cross-functional leader uniting Sales, Product, Engineering, Solution Support, Professional Services, and Partners around cohesive, long-term customer objectives.
• Shape the roadmap of FICO platforms by influencing investment themes, product direction, and critical trade-offs in decisioning, fraud, analytics, and Intelligent Decisions.
• Establish your reputation as a recognized authority both within the organization and in the wider market, representing FICO at industry forums, customer summits, and executive briefings.
• Significant experience functioning as a principal or staff-level individual contributor, with a proven history of advising VP and senior executive stakeholders on technology and platform strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Proven capability to design and govern multi-year technology roadmaps and platform adoption strategies that directly contribute to ARR growth, renewal protection, and new product adoption across a portfolio of strategic accounts—not limited to individual projects.
• Established ability to influence FICO's positioning and adoption across various segments, industries, or regions, shaping adoption trends and architectural standards that extend beyond any single customer relationship.
• Acknowledged internally and externally as a thought leader in decisioning, analytics, fraud, and platform modernization, with a strong record of producing high-impact executive content and representing the organization at industry forums and customer summits.
• Exceptional skill in aligning Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Partners around unified strategic outcomes, distilling complex, multi-faceted challenges into clear, actionable paths.
• Proficiency in recognizing emerging market shifts and converting them into new adoption strategies, innovation opportunities, and long-term platform positioning, with a demonstrated history of influencing product and roadmap direction at an early and significant stage.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise-scale change management, including guiding customers through complex, multi-year technical transformations such as platform migrations, cloud adoption initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts.
