Senior Director, Corporate Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee Corporate Finance and take charge of Life360’s enterprise planning, consolidated reporting, and financial materials for the board.

• Establish the planning cadence and outline reporting standards.

• Act as a key contributor to Life360’s investor relations materials.

• Supervise two direct reports and foster the team's development.

• Promote the use of AI tools within the finance department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate FP&A or finance, with increasing leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading planning cycles, consolidated reporting, and board-level materials in a public company.

• A player-coach mindset.

• Experience in managing a Long-Range Planning or multi-year planning process.

• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar.

• Proven track record in creating investor relations materials, earnings presentations, and board packs.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience leading a small, high-performing team.

• A collaborative approach with a low-ego working style.

• An inquisitive nature about AI and a readiness to utilize it.

• Ideally experienced in a consumer technology, subscription, or SaaS company with diverse revenue streams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
