• As the Senior Director of Product Specialists, you will lead a team across various markets, crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies aimed at boosting business growth.
• This role presents a unique opportunity to have a substantial impact by overseeing technical sales specialists, nurturing talent, and driving revenue enhancement through strategic customer engagement and market development initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Business Unit leaders, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams, you will influence the trajectory of our commercial strategy while cultivating an inclusive culture centered on customer success.
• This position merges strategic leadership with practical commercial execution, necessitating both visionary thinking and operational excellence to achieve results.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial operations.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry.
• Strong strategic selling and negotiation capabilities, demonstrating proven commercial proficiency.
• Advanced analytical and financial skills to interpret market trends and business metrics.
• Excellence in crafting and executing comprehensive business strategies.
• Proven success in navigating a matrix organization and complex corporate environment.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities across all organizational levels.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
• Expertise in talent management and coaching.
• A demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing collaborative partnerships.
• A track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets and growth objectives.
