Senior Director, Clinical Supply Agreement Contract Management, Alliance Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between BeOne and external partners, facilitating negotiations and coordinating with internal stakeholders to implement specific clinical supply agreements.

• Oversee the management of CSA contracts alongside Legal, Clinical Supply, IP, and various cross-functional teams to ensure that contracts are transparent, compliant, and practically executable.

• Lead negotiations for contract amendments as necessary.

• Assist in the enhancement and revision of standardized contract templates to boost efficiency and promote operational excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders—including Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, and Global Drug Supply Chain—to allocate resources effectively for contract review and execution.

• Develop clear and standardized protocols for contract initiation, negotiation, and execution.

• Work in partnership with CSA Alliance Managers to facilitate the implementation of CSA contracts.

• Aid in periodic program evaluations to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement, improve efficiency, and maximize value creation throughout the organization.

• Take on additional duties related to the management of CSAs or other alliances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with over 12 years of experience in project management, alliance management, contracting/negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, operational execution, and a deep understanding of clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharma sector.

• Master’s Degree or higher with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• PhD or advanced degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CA-AM (Certificate Achievement—Alliance Management) certification is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across global teams, time zones, and diverse cultures.
