This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of endpoint data quality monitoring strategies for Alzheimer's disease (AD) trial-related services.
• Lead the establishment and delineation of study services.
• Contribute to the scientific decision-making process concerning neurodegenerative indication services.
• Aid in the strategy for publications and presentations related to AD.
• Participate in the creation of publications and presentations for conferences focused on AD.
• Support the provision of scientific services in studies that have been awarded.
• Design and deliver training materials for raters, including both live and remediation sessions.
• Establish and implement criteria for evaluating rater experience in training.
• Develop and execute data quality strategies for clinical trials focused on AD.
• Address internal and sponsor inquiries concerning study maintenance and scientific matters.
• Facilitate scientific communication with clients and oversee decision-making processes related to studies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in rater training, endpoint strategy, and data quality monitoring.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including both sponsor-assigned and internal figures.
• Assist in business development by contributing to proposals, participating in client meetings, and defending bids.
• Collaborate with various company departments (software engineering, clinician network, learning services, project management) to implement and refine processes and technology solutions that meet the needs of AD clinical trials.
• Under the guidance of Business Development, actively network with pharmaceutical clients to understand their requirements and present customized consultative sales strategies.
• Serve as the scientific lead in the proposal development for AD opportunities, emphasizing relationship-building with sponsors’ clinical and operational teams, while aiming to comprehend their needs and decision-making criteria for awarding studies.
• Identify opportunities to offer expertise in the diverse scientific and operational dimensions of scale selection and quality assurance.
• PhD or PsyD in Neuropsychology or a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in CNS, clinical psychology, or a similar discipline.
• Proven clinical neuropsychology experience is essential.
• Specialized knowledge in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias/neurodegenerative disorders.
• Experience in high-level interactions with clinical scientists, neuropsychologists, data managers, data scientists, and medical professionals.
• A solid understanding of the science behind measuring cognition and behavior, including familiarity with traditional neuropsychological assessment tools used to evaluate changes in cognition and behavior within clinical trial environments.
