This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee intricate performance enhancement initiatives, fostering collaborative and high-achieving environments to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
• Handle the financial aspects of engagements, including budget management, revenue predictions, profit margins, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Utilize analytical and critical thinking abilities to measure benefits, pinpoint risks, and formulate solutions for performance enhancement projects.
• Effectively communicate to grasp client challenges, tailor solutions, and manage client expectations, providing impactful presentations and proposals.
• Cultivate robust relationships at the executive level, spearhead change initiatives, and uncover new business opportunities, utilizing Huron's strengths to fulfill client goals.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in progressive healthcare management consulting.
• A blend of consulting experience and senior leadership roles in provider organizations may be acceptable, but strong healthcare consulting experience is crucial.
• Significant experience with healthcare inpatient documentation.
• Extensive experience in managing major projects for large and complex healthcare organizations that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Proven executive-level presence, capable of managing client relationships, offering strategic insights, contributing to methodology development, and leading ongoing solution improvements.
• Willingness to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project demands is a key aspect of this role.
• Direct supervisory experience with both individuals and large, intricate teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• US Work Authorization is required.
