This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee the operational strategy and implementation of Medical Affairs initiatives with a strong sense of business acumen.
β’ Ensure the strategy is effectively translated into coordinated and impactful execution among cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions that align with medical strategy, launch readiness, and scientific communication.
β’ Convert Medical Affairs strategy into cohesive goals and cross-functional plans that encompass scientific engagement, communications, evidence generation, and launch preparedness.
β’ Facilitate alignment between US and Global strategies while driving clarity on priorities and execution.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to Medical Affairs Leadership by distilling complex clinical, scientific, and market insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related roles within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
β’ An advanced degree is preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MS, or equivalent).
β’ Experience in supporting cell therapy, oncology, immunology, or rare disease programs.
β’ Familiarity with Medical Affairs technologies (e.g., Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault MedComms, publication management, grant management systems).
β’ Experience within the Medical Affairs function, including scientific communications, external engagement, medical congresses, medical compliance, and data dissemination.
β’ Proven ability to build strong partnerships across Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and G&A functions.
β’ Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, operational execution, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment.
β’ A strategic thinker with the capability for hands-on execution.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Experience in vendor management (scope, quality, timelines, budget, performance).
β’ Proven track record in launching new products.
