This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring retention, expansion, and overall health of the accounts.
• Create and implement annual growth plans for accounts that align with client brand and portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Business Development partners to identify and secure upsell/cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with Sales, contributing to revenue growth objectives.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for both internal stakeholders and external partners, effectively presenting campaign metrics and showcasing measurable ROI.
• Work with clients to comprehend their strategic brand imperatives and business objectives, ensuring that campaigns are strategically oriented and positioned for success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in the field.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and ownership of the complete MLR submission and approvals process, acting as a subject matter expert in content guidelines and platform functionality.
• Partner with client stakeholders and extended teams to execute projects efficiently.
• Oversee and mentor a team of Client Services Managers and Coordinators, nurturing a high-performance, solutions-focused team culture.
• Facilitate collaboration among Sales, Operations, Product, Data, and Medical teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and best practices at the department level, including collaborating with the Product team on internal roadmap priorities based on client feedback and market opportunities.
• Proactively escalate and resolve risks to safeguard revenue and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in Marketing and/or Consulting.
• Proven experience working with clients to create campaigns in the HCP space (DTC experience is also welcome) to meet client objectives and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• A demonstrated track record of establishing strategic client relationships, preferably with brand managers at pharmaceutical companies or agencies.
• Outstanding presentation skills and the capability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, being well-organized and self-sufficient.
• Proven skills in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic expansion.
• Willingness to travel up to once a quarter for team meetings.
