This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary managed care consultant and main point of contact for designated clients.
• Facilitate stewardship meetings, business reviews, strategic conversations, and follow-up action planning.
• Create and present executive-level reports, program insights, recommendations, and value propositions.
• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance outcomes, lower costs, boost program utilization, and aid in client retention or expansion.
• Stay informed of client-specific requirements, objectives, operational challenges, and contractual obligations.
• Track managed care performance, utilization patterns, service results, and program efficiency.
• Convert operational data and reporting into concise, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the rollout of new programs, pilot initiatives, service enhancements, and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, claims operations, and clinical leaders to align managed care solutions with client requirements.
• Ensure the timely resolution of managed care service issues, escalations, and client inquiries.
• Work alongside operational leaders to determine root causes, assign responsibilities, and implement sustainable corrective measures.
• Guarantee accountability for commitments, deliverables, action items, and communication follow-ups.
• Appropriately escalate risks and obstacles while maintaining clear, professional communication with affected stakeholders.
• Provide education, resource navigation, and managed care consultation for claims examiners and client-facing teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required, including two (2) years of account management experience or five (5) years of adjuster experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office applications.
