Director Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• To establish account management strategies concerning client service plans;

• To manage the retention of current clients, ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, conduct client surveys, and develop new business;

• To deliver program management for large clients requiring dedicated personnel, multiple locations, and intricate service models;

• To supervise the activities of other local Client Services team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other relevant designations are preferred.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, including two (2) years as an account manager or five (5) years as an adjuster, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
