This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Comprehensive Portfolio Migrations: Direct the entire migration process for multi-property portfolios, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Main Client Contact: Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the migration process, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Treasury, IT, Legal, Training, etc.) to align on requirements, eliminate obstacles, and maintain visibility among all stakeholders.
• Tactical Planning: Establish migration timelines, identify dependencies, and modify strategies as necessary to facilitate a seamless transition.
• Process Enhancement: Suggest and implement improvements to migration processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Act as a resource and escalation point for Client Services Specialists (CSSs) involved in specific tasks during a portfolio migration.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate maintenance of migration trackers, status updates, and client-facing deliverables, keeping them current for visibility.
• Challenge Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, coordinating with relevant departments for effective resolution.
• Portfolio Specifics: Comprehend and manage unique portfolio requirements (e.g., client-specific Yardi instances, banking arrangements, MSAs, and third-party integrations).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in client services, property management, or transitions.
• Preferred experience in leading large-scale, multi-property projects.
• Proven track record in client services, property transitions, or portfolio migrations, preferably within the multifamily or real estate sector.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional organizational skills, enabling the management of multiple properties and deadlines concurrently.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust with both clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Yardi, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
