• Oversee one or more patient support programs

• Enhance satisfaction levels for both patients and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management

• Experience with Patient Support Programs

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or healthcare-related discipline

• Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing strategic patient affordability and copay assistance initiatives

• Proven record of maintaining a strong customer service focus

• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
