Senior Director, Claims Workforce Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for creating and automating recurring capacity and scenario planning models.

• Uphold service, quality, and efficiency standards for a large-scale claims operation.

• Advocate to senior leadership on strategic initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.

• Plan and manage workforce management policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives.

• Articulate the comprehensive workforce management vision within the contact center.

• Prioritize initiatives and opportunities that align with the organization's mission and strategic goals.

• Lead the workforce management team effectively.

• Analyze operations and key performance indicators to craft staffing model strategies based on trends and projected outcomes.

• Foster and lead inter-departmental collaborations within the workforce management department.

• Supervise the workforce management budget and the development of hiring strategies in conjunction with business stakeholders.

• Set operational targets, establish best practices, and implement training programs.

• Oversee strategic efforts related to onboarding, hiring, promotions, transfers, and performance or reward decisions.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, either presently or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Previous management experience is essential.

• Experience in developing workforce capacity and staffing plans within a claims operation is highly desirable.

• Preferred: 5+ years of management experience.
