This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of New Era's Cisco partner strategy and yearly business plan.
• Cultivate and sustain executive relationships with Cisco's regional and corporate leadership.
• Act as the main point of accountability for the health, growth, compliance, and strategic alignment of the Cisco partnership.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive engagement sessions with Cisco.
• Propel revenue growth across Cisco's software, hardware, services, lifecycle opportunities, and recurring managed services.
• Enhance the pipeline sourced and influenced by Cisco.
• Boost sales adoption of Cisco's networking, security, collaboration, observability, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Create repeatable, Cisco-focused sales plays and solution campaigns.
• Develop integrated marketing programs with Cisco's field organizations.
• Facilitate co-selling efforts between Cisco and New Era's account teams.
• Assist in strategic pursuits and executive customer engagements.
• Collaborate with business unit leadership to co-create packaged Cisco solution offerings.
• Align extended go-to-market teams to establish delivery playbooks, pricing guidance, customer profiles, and success metrics.
• Serve as the intermediary between Cisco, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Executive Leadership.
• Maximize Cisco incentives, funding opportunities, co-sell motions, and market differentiation.
• Over 10 years of experience in technology sales, alliance management, business development, or solution leadership.
• More than 5 years of direct involvement with Cisco partner programs and ecosystems.
• Strong grasp of Cisco technologies and business models.
• Proven experience in managing executive-level partner relationships.
• Demonstrated success in creating scalable go-to-market programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
• Background within a systems integrator, VAR, MSP, or technology consulting organization (preferred).
• Knowledge of managed services business models (preferred).
• Familiarity with Cisco 360 Partner Program and lifecycle incentive structures (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
• Capacity to perform prolonged computer work and repetitive keyboard, mouse, and scrolling movements.
