This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Transform the company's vision into specific, actionable strategies, assisting leaders in planning, communication, and execution.
• Oversee the organizational goal-setting and OKR processes, ensuring alignment and commitment across various departments.
• Identify gaps, risks, and redundancies early, and drive effective solutions.
• Utilize data dashboards and senior leadership operating rhythms to guarantee disciplined execution against Boulder’s key performance indicators.
• Serve as a trusted representative for the CEO and COO during critical internal and external meetings.
• Facilitate seamless communication among the executive team, board, and wider organization.
• Assist in translating company performance into compelling board and market-facing materials through effective storytelling and data presentation.
• Manage sensitive updates (such as organizational changes, legal and financial reports) with discretion, exercising sound judgment in how information is shared.
• Support the CEO and COO in preparing for external thought leadership opportunities, including media interviews and speaking engagements.
• Foster alignment and influence across teams without depending on formal authority.
• Assist with executive hiring, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Establish systems that enhance decision-making, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure leadership time is prioritized on the most impactful activities.
• Act as an extension of the Office of the CEO where leadership influence is most essential.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the Office of the CEO team.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a people leadership role within a startup, preferably in growth, operations, or strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal.
• Trusted advisor mentality, showcasing discretion, judgment, and empathy.
• Strong passion for Boulder’s mission and a commitment to enhancing health outcomes.
• A Master of Business Administration degree (preferred but not mandatory).
