This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the executive operating rhythm across a geographically dispersed leadership team.

• Establish and sustain the decision-making framework for the executive team, including RACI structures, decision logs, and real-time commitment monitoring.

• Generate scorecards, dashboards, and reporting schedules that provide the CEO with clear insights into transformation priorities, business risks, and decisions that need attention.

• Ensure the quality of outputs from the company’s most critical executive forums.

• Prepare the materials that guide the company's key discussions, including board updates, executive briefings, decision documents, CEO communications, narratives for investors, and sensitive internal messages.

• Act as a reliable advisor to the CEO on strategic priorities, delicate matters, and cross-functional trade-offs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Strategy & Operations, GM, or similar operational role.

• MBA or equivalent qualification; a background in strategy consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated success in designing and establishing operational frameworks for distributed executive teams.

• A background in professional services, consulting, or B2B services is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of economics and the consultative model.

• Significant experience in transformation scenarios, such as strategic pivots, M&A integrations, or major operational shifts.

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments, exposure to boards, and strong executive writing skills are each additional assets.
