Chief of Staff, New Verticals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage a test-and-learn pipeline aimed at enhancing client acquisition for Injury.

• Develop a new web intake flow for Injury clients from the ground up using Vibe code.

• Define and outline the verticals that will follow after the Injury segment.

• You have shown insightful and decisive judgment in strategizing, with a proven history of making difficult yet smart decisions amidst competing priorities.

• You have experience leading high-performing teams of individual contributors (extra points if they were cross-functional).

• You have guided projects that involved mapping complex systems, collecting and analyzing data, making recommendations, and assisting in designing and implementing solutions.

• You are a considerate and thoughtful colleague who fosters a positive team culture, effectively advocates for your ideas, and secures buy-in from others.

• You are committed to making a positive impact and assisting others.

• You possess experience in marketplace businesses or intricate consumer services (such as insurance, fintech, medical, real estate, etc.).

• You have engaged in consumer-focused research or discovery work, or possess experience that equips you to interview and empathize with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
